are there any othe types of screw/bolts that would work for a bike stem? besides allen screw?

keep on getting stripped allen screws and need something like a nut screw any ideas
yeah but i need that screw tight cause i bmx and im pulling and pushing the handlebars, will a metric allen wrench get the job done? how would i get the exact same screw of metric allen series
