do you need snake boots to hunt in north texas?
There’s a simple rule in Texas. If you can afford them and it’s warm outside wear snake boots when touring the countryside. Don’t be fooled into thinking a rattlesnake always warns you, that’s not true, and there is always the occasional copperhead. The majority of snake bites are to the ankle / lower leg area. Now in a North Texas winter I would wear them if they kept my feet warm……….have fun.
