Clipless Mountain
Should I use automatic when mountain biking?

I do not know whether to use automatic mountain bike when I or pedals the right platform.

In general, I would say yes, go automatically. They give much more control and security on rough roads and kindergartens. The platforms, is easy to bounce on the pedals ….. and if the terrain is rugged enough to make you bounce, you do not want to definitely not be riding with only buttocks and hands as only control points on the bike. While driving a little aggressive and want to visit areas difficult to be cut will be the best for your horse. No But ….. if you are a beginner or if you prefer to drive slowly, and if your tracks are very technical with many rocks or extremely Rooty areas (especially on hills and intersections water), then you might want to stick to the platforms for a while until you get some driving experience. You can be sure that detainees obstacles but in this case might be a little safer for you. To get some miles under your belt and skills, then I machines and most other recommended ….. just take your time to get used to them on easy or lawn area to saturation in and out of them becomes an unconscious act (which is pretty fast).
