I am looking for a pair of waterproof gloves that are too big?

Arrghh Help! Emergency Pressies for Christmas! Need a pair of gloves waterproof and men who are not too thick or bulky, the other half walking dogs in the rain. Most ski gloves are too thick gloves cycling as 'SealSkinz critics have said that are not only waterproof and heat for short periods. Any other suggestions very welcome!
