Where is the wiper motor in a Ford Tempo, 1994? Is it easy to change?

Mainly – the engine is easy to change / Something I can do? I am a cheap and hate to pay for repairs and no local high school makes the electric motor / yet. Help ASAP is apprecaite. Thank you. Good Squishy (in the rain and humidity in Vancouver and in desperate need of my car again)

The wiper motor is on the passenger side near the ventilation duct system for air conditioning / heating under the hood, the windshield. There should be a plastic cover on the entire length of the server security that covers the vent, and the wiper motor. There is no mass, can get a rebuilt engine for $ 65 or have a cheaper engine of a tank Scrap … just make sure it is not just a fuse or circuit or wiring or something first. It is not hard to sound like a puzzle that separate the back together … Maybe when dough to invest in a manual … eBay or Amazon purchase …
