how to make my old loose baseball glove stiff like new?

is there a product that can make my really loose glove stiff? its a black glove so i don’t care if it makes the leather change color, i have seen some guys gloves that the palm of the glove is real hard and stiff, and that area is darker than rest of glove, i wanted to know how they did that also?

I have coached baseball 31 years. I know of no product that will make your glove stiffer. My question is why do you want it stiff? Most like it broken in (like yours is) and they can feel the ball better in the glove. The only thing I can think of is put in it water and let it dry- it will be stiff a few days but it will soon break in again. or just buy a new glove.
