Time after jumps to 140 times and then to 80. At the end of the session (40min), I just wanted to burn 193 calories. If your heart rate is higher when you go faster? In any case – No idea why that might be? I thought the treadmill built into human resource management – may be that the two are contradictory? PS. The tape showed my heart rate nearly 145 all the time and burned 489 calories …. What am I wrong?
