Is it OK to use an at home kit to dye my hair black if its Light Brown w/ blond highlights?
A Loreal online hair color chooser said that I should get it dyed professionally based on my hair color, but its too much $$!
Home coloring kits result in flat color. Flat black color looks bad on everyone. Either bite the bullet and pay to have it done or you will end up paying for a professional t fix it – and that’s mighty pricey.
