What is wrong with my call duck? Any help please?
My call duck for women is 6 months, was very thick and feathers seem impervious to more water. I have removed the pond and put it under a heat lamp on dry straw. She eats, but she does not want to sit down and seems on the verge. Advice Please call me to the vet on Monday?
It may be coming up to spawn. Our two Jellybean Piper and that seemed the same age and a couple of days later, we found eggs. If the duck has lost much weight and not so smooth / oil is that it's bad news. It could be mites. If you can handle without too duck stress, keep your hand on it and inspect the skin under their feathers. If you see errors in that, then get the vet as soon as possible for a little dust. You have to rub in one or two times a day. Also look to eat their own feathers, this would indicate the stress any misfortune / and not the disease. Other than that, What I can say? All holders of duck on the duck call is maintaining the top of most all of them. Good luck and let me know how it is young.
