i have a suzuki xl-7 and the wipers come on when i turn and it is not the multi function switch?

it makes a clicking noise in the dash like in the floor area sounds like a relay and i have replaced the multi function swith and thatwas not the problem oem part was use to replace

The relay would be cheaper. Look in the owners manual for the location of the relay panel. Remove the relay and start the car. Is the problem solved? If not, you will need to learn how to check the circuit for an improper ground. That is beyond this forum.
