What To Do about Ebay Purchase?
I won a Sweatshirt on Ebay. It was supposedly NWT and in perfect condition. When it arrived I noticed two small holes at the bottom of the shirt. I have contacted the seller twice but I recieve no response. It has been several days. What am I supposed to do? Thanks in advance!
Did you pay by paypal?
If you paid with paypal than you can open a dispute. Paypal will lock the other person’s account until the dispute is closed. You also get your money back , depending on how much coverage the person offered.
Now, paypal works with eBay. So if you open a dispute with paypal – it usually effects the sellers account on eBay as well. Such as if the same person gets a lot of paypal complaints, then eBay will suspend their account or suspend their selling privileges until everything is worked out.
