Is riding a beach cruiser decent exercise?

I really want to buy a motorcycle but did not run in God knows how many years. Never I've driven a bike with gears or hand brakes controls if you really want to buy something they feel comfortable, so I decided to get possibly a sea cruise. Do you ride a cruise will be a good exercise?

Actually anaerobic exercise more, since there is no easy way to get in low. And you get a better rate of formation (aerobic) and not exceeding a speed step.
