Instead of the brakes, the mechanic told me that the two rotors and pad need to change?

Is this for Mercedes W124. Well my brakes work Well, I just want to change the pads. But why did the rotors also need to change? I see no need in it. I want to change the brake pads front because I heard a loud noise while better soon change.

If you do not think you need, maybe not. Shop around for car shopping and see what they say on them. If they say the same thing, you should probably change. Good luck
