What kind of pasta and fat I have to build a road bike?

I build my first road bike. I have a picture of fiber Carbon Seatpost SRAM Groupo. I know how to piece everything together and cables, and others. The only question I have is what you need fat and fat type to use. I also read the carbon carbon contact, which was a kind of dough to use to reduce the amount of torque needed. Some different opinions / options, but Very Good! Appreciate any help I can get.
