The media is saturated with weight loss aids and adverts aimed at helping women to lose weight. However, according to recent reports, a greater percentage of men are overweight or obese – 67.1% of men compared to 56.1% of women – which making them vulnerable to serious health issues. Both helmets are likely to adapt to the same length and width wise, but I know the GPA helmets are very deep and Charles Owen helmets run a little superficial. I think you should buy another Charles Owen helmet instead of a Program Action. The first bowl is very flattering to the face, and two helmets also protection.
