what do I need for a 120 mile bike trip?

I have a fuji newest 3.0 roadbike, aerobars a topeak bag and rack system, a 18 function bike tool, tire levers case of 12 cliff bars, 2 extra tubes, a go towel thing some clipless/platform pedals. (clipless one side, platform other side) and clipless shoes and a mandatory helmet. tents food and luggage are arraving at the camps by van.
