Whats the best way to cook a tri-tip?
want to cook tri-tip on a bar-be-que grill
Marinate for 24 hrs with Basalmic Vinegar (just cover the meat), salt, pepper, sage, 2 cloves of garlic/tritip, 2 mildly hot peppers/tritip. Roast on the BBQ until med rare (or rare if you prefer your meat bloody) the length of time depends on the thickness and weight of the meat. Remove the meat from the grill and let rest for 10 minutes, slice thinly and serve. The ends will be well done and the middle generally rare! By letting the meat rest, the meat will retain the juices and the flavor will be enhanced.
